Yes, all our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced drivers who prioritize safety, courtesy, and punctuality.
Can I request a specific vehicle for my reservation?
Yes, you can specify your preferred vehicle when making a reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Is there an additional cost for meet and greet service?
Solaris Limousine does not charge for meet and greet service. This is a complementory service that we offer.
How much should I tip?
Gratuities are at the discretion of the passenger and can range between 15-20%.
Is it safe to give my credit card details online?
All transactions with Solaris Limousine take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal and payment details are protected.
Do you provide transportation for special events like weddings or corporate functions?

Can I call if I need a vehicle right away?
Yes, you can. We will do our best to estimate the vehicle time of arrival but in order to avoid the wait, we strongly suggest making a reservation in advance at no additional charge.
Is there a minimum rental period for your services?

Do you offer airport transportation services?
Yes, we provide reliable airport transportation services to and from all major airports in the area. Our chauffeurs will track your flight’s status to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, providing you with a hassle-free travel experience.
How much time do I need prior to making a reservation?
While we do book live calls, we recommend that you make a reservation as soon as you know your transportation details to ensure availability. However, depending on the approximate distance from us we are normally available to accommodate reservations for right away / booked a few hours prior.
I made a reservation to be picked up at the airport, what should I do once I land?
If you request an inside pick-up, (Meet and Greet), please look for your driver in baggage claim for domestic flights or at the custom exit for international flights. Your chauffeur will be holding a Solaris Limousine sign with your name on it. If you cannot locate your driver, please call us at 610-400-1899, so we can connect you with your driver.
If you request an outside pick-up, please call us after you collected your luggage, and a Solaris Limo dispatcher will direct you to go outside to meet your driver.
Does Solaris Limo allow smoking in the vehicles?
No, smoking is prohibited for the driver and the passengers in all our vehicles. All vehicles must be always clean and smoke-free. Your chauffeur will be subject to a summons and fine if he lets you smoke in the vehicle.
